My router is making a high pitched sound constantly. I have read other posts reporting similar problems and new routers have been sent as a result. How do I get a new one as the online service does not give me the facility to email my fault and the virtual on line service doesn't answer my question.

Hi Scarle11. Welcome to the forum.
Which version have you got - has it got a USB socket? Can you post the software release version from the "Technicolor Gateway" section of the homepage 192.168.1.254 (don't post your serial number or MAC address).
One of the Plusnet CRT - Customer Relations Team will probably pick this up and investigate for you.

Sorry to hear of the noise it's making.
Whilst we have had reports of this issue before, I'm surprised to hear this based on the serial number of your router.
I'm going to send you out a fresh router shortly, and I have noted down this router in case of any further reports.
