I have been trying to find email contact for changing my postal address as I'm deaf. Unfortunately, I only found two phone numbers available. I have asked my BSL interpreter to call on my behalf and we were waiting for anyone to respond for more than 30min with apparently stupid music. Where are enquiries via email for deaf users? Really disappointed with PlusNet provision for deaf people. I need to contact them ASAP as I'm moving to new place and need internet. Please help and improve your support!
