I have tried restarting many many times.Entered my username and password etc.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Your account hasn't activated automatically quite yet. I've just pushed this through and you'll shortly receive an automated email advising your fibre service is now live.
Ideally, the router shouldn't have been plugged in before your account activates as it can cause problems with the auto-setup process. If you're unable to connect, please can you factory reset your router for us?
