Posted on behalf of a friend who says he is changing from BT to having Southern Electdic to provide his telephone service. When he told BT he was leaving, they have tried scaremongering tactics saying that his (Plusnet) broadband won't work. He phoned Southern Electric who basically said said BT are talking cobblers. i said I thought BT were talking cobblers too.......unless anyone knows any different..........??? Cheers Paul
Cobblers, My advise would be to get Southern Electric to confirm it, as it is upto them to place the orders correctly. I have even heard reports of some Southern Electric reps recommending Plusnet broadband, which is nice of them.
