Have completed the three times round the mulberry bush that is the required starter for dealing with Plusnet. Wish to change my router password but the available answer from 'Jess' is couched in English that would not pass the 11+. Pretty much par for the Plusnet course. Anyone have any ideas?

I assume that you have the new all singing and dancing superfast 2704n router 
You need to login as a superuser http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,135846.msg1197376.html#msg1197376 with the usual password and this may well allow it

No, mine's a TG582N around four years old I think.
