Dear All
I recently received a Thomson router from Plusnet and everything is ok.  But I am now trying to set up a wireless network with my laptop using a usb wireless adapter.  It is not working - I am getting the message on the laptop - "limited or no connectivity".  Could someone give me a proceedure for sorting this out.  Thanks

Hi, does sound like an incorrect password has been entered when you connected to the router.
The password should be on the bottom of the router, it will be case sensitive.

Thanks  problem solved.  I did not think it was case sensitive.
