I have been using a Cobra internet radio for weeks without any problems but over the past few days it has cut out after a few minutes with the message, "network problem".
It's wired directly into the PN router.
Anyone any ideas, everything else works fine although everything else is connected wirelessly.
On fibre and no problem with speeds.

tried the obvious thing first? - replacing the network cable
second obvious thing? - try different LAN port on router
from there, rebooting router, rebooting radio.

Thanks,
Problem solved, seems the BBC have changed something recently which results in the network error message, seems you need to update the software which fortunately they give exact instructions on how to do it.
