Anyone advise so I can get a new Vista laptop talking to my Netgear router?
Laptop 1 on XP is fine, but used Dell Connectivity s/ware.
My router set to WPA2/PSK
BUT VISTA SET UP OPTIONS are
WPA2 Personal or Enterprise;
which is one to select.
(Trying both has not worked, but may be related to 2nd query)
Vista asking if AES or TKIP
which of those to select?
Advice valued.

Mine is WPA2-Personal and encryption type AES. Didn't have to do anything about it myself as it set itself up from the router settings.
Am using a Dell laptop but the PN Thomson router.

I'd go with personal.
TKIP or AES depends on what you've got set up on you're router. If you don't know, try TKIP first.
