Netgear XE103 product recall - Safety concern

Netgear have recalled their XE103 Powerline Ethernet Adapters made for Europe and other countries using 220-240 volt power sources.
If you're using them it is advised that you check the serial number to see if it one of the affected ones.
They also mention that users of XE103-100NAS and XE103-100NAR contact them.
Details are at www.netgear.co.uk/xe103_recall.php

100 - 120 volt versions are in use in US but aren't affected.
According to reghardware they've got to recall 82,000 of them.  Shocked
