My business website archived - four days, no response

I put a 200MB file on my site for one person to pick up. Well under my 500MB daily limit. He or his browser hit the file four times (one full download and three partials). That alone totalled 700MB. Given it was a Sunday, it's unlikely there was much other traffic. I submitted a ticket as instructed in the 'archive' notice but no response. This is a business account and visitors (the people I need as I try to recover from a Covid-induced slowdown) just get a 404 message rather than the rather polite index page that should appear, courtesy of PlusNet. I am not allowed any other form of access to PlusNet to address this issue. Can anyone here advise me? Thank you. David Tebbutt www.tebbo.com (if only it worked.) david@tebbo.com

You're right. Contacted him just after I wrote the message above.

For the purpose of closure, this one should now be sorted. Sorry it took so long David.

Hi Bob. Yes indeed. I closed the tickets. Forgot to come here. Thank you for leading me out of the mire.
