My UPS being put to the test.

As I speak the snow is blowing horizontal outside in gale force wind and the street lights have already gone out. The mains in the house is flickering almost continously but still the computers run on happily. So far I have had 5 emails from powerchute telling me that the mains has failed and another 5 to stay that it has being restored immediately after.

Re: My UPS being put to the test.

Isn't that about 5 hours south of Belfast in the current conditions?

Re: My UPS being put to the test.

They say that summer time officially started on Sunday. While driving from Belfast to Larne this morning I was not convinced!
