PN told my stepmam (who I've authorised as the person to take/make phone calls on my behalf cause I'm deaf) that I would have my phone number, phone line & broadband activated on 26/01/2015 but I received an email saying it would be sorted on 27/01/2015 Who is telling the truth?? In the email it says I will have engineer booked for 27/01/2015 so I assume he is visiting my house to sort phone line? Also in email it says broadband might fail and it would take a further 5 days to fix it.....wth??!! I've had no broadband since 21/01/2015 so why am I made to wait another 5 days if it fails? This doesn't make PN look good!!
