Motorola IP Camera no internet connection, connection not secure

Hi I have had 2 of these Motorola indoor cams over the years and used both since having Plusnet and both were working fine, basic easy setup, plug n play but on Monday the newer one decided to disconnect and will no longer connect to the Hub 2. The older one is U/S but my doorbell cam also states "unsecure connection" and has never been connected to WiFi due to this. Im stumped and require help please.

Might be worth trying to connect after disabling the 5ghz WiFi band off the hub2 then after connecting the camera (hopefully) re-enabling it, if you look on the YouTube Plusnet channel or search here there are a few videos that will cover it or at least get you into the settings on the router to get where you need to be usually does the trick as I had similar with my video doorbell
