Monitor problem

When I am using my webcam, Tv card, or any of the media programs like Real Player or Windows Media player I am getting a very pale picture but on any other application it is ok anybody got any ideas?

Reinstall, or better still upgrade the graphics drivers to the latest version and see if that resolves the problem.

:-\my computer is a desktop AMD 3200 64 graphics card is a Gforce 7600 Nvidia I am using a Philips 19" monitor (can't remember which model as I am sending this from the office)
