Joined Plusnet on the 11th and due to have it all installed on the 26th but still in my Account details it shows that the modem hasn't been ordered yet.
My buddy around the corner from me was supposed to have his installed last Thursday but now has to wait till the 25th because he hadn't had the modem ordered.
Should I be concerned?

I would give them a call just in-case, I ordered on 6th and nothing has been done until I phoned today....
it cant do no harm to give them a gentle push in the right direction

It's good that the call centres are open all day, my modem hadn't been ordered but now is.
