Re: Mint 16RC "released"

It doesn't appear to be different from Mint 13.  Grin

Re: Mint 16RC "released"

And this is bad how?  Roll_eyes
It has the latest versions of everything included. Mate 1.6, Cinnamon 2.0 etc.
It also breaks severely awn  Cry Even with the new patched version I can't get 2 docks on screen.

Re: Mint 16RC "released"

I've been an awn fan for several years now. But it looks like I will have to try one of the others, don't like docky so trying cairo-dock but not too impressed at the mo, you need to have n separate config files if you want to add the same applet to multiple docks. Crazy

Re: Mint 16RC "released"

Another bug:
wine will not install on 64bit systems.  Angry
Crossover 12 works but had to install some additional libs, luckily they tell you what is needed  Wink

Re: Mint 16RC "released"

Wine issue fixed, Clem added an ia32-libs package to replace the one that Ubuntu had removed. I had issues caused by multiple failed fixes, but a wipe and re-install fixed that.
Running happily on my system at the moment. (Mate edition still don't like Cinnamon)

Re: Mint 16RC "released"

But who still runs 32 bit applications?
It was a gigantic kludge when Ubuntu added 64 bit libs AND 32 bit libs.
