Mint 15 (again)

A Stable version of Mint 15 cinnamon 64 was released a couple of days ago but I don't seem able to find a link to download it from.
What links I have all refer to the RC version.

Any of these One at the top says stable and released two days ago.

You are quite correct that's what it says but clicking on that link only gives you a long list of tests performed on Mint 15. I Cannot see anywhere you can download it.
On the same site you can go to downloads, software and be supplied with numerous mirrors but on going to those sites they still seem to have the Linux 15 RC version.

That just means that the release has been released, it will be announced when all the mirrors are stable. Usually 2-3 days later.
I am waiting for caja-terminal to be released before I move.
