Had to share this. Put it under Windows as its a Microsoft thing.
As I've mentioned in a previous post, SSL stopped working on Outlook.com account.
Got ticket from Support promising reply in 24 hours.
In order to make sure I got reply I updated the contact address for that account.
As a result, for 'security reasons' and without prior warning, I was locked out of my account for 30 days.
(Yes, really.)
... Can't log-in to check the status of the ticket.
Started new outlook.com account.
Started new threads on MS Communities.
Queried being locked out. I'm not the only one with both problems. The lock-out is standard apparently.
Started a ticket with Support re 30 day lock-out as well.
6 days later - still no replies from either tickets and nothing on the Communities.
During all this contacted '@MicrosoftHelps' on Twitter. At least they were replying but only said contact Support. Told them I had. It dragged on over days and eventually they asked me for the numbers of the tickets. Sent via DM.
Then it all went quiet.
Nothing from anyone.
Still can't access my original account.
Both the original account and the new one have the same SSL issue.
Annoying thing is, I have stuff on SkyDrive which other people access and I can't update the info...

They're making their money out of something, and that includes me!
Lots of others suffering from same issues.
No solutions. Still locked out.
