I use Outlook 2007 in W7 Pro. The Business contact toolbar is shown, when I right click on the toolbar >customize, I can't uncheck Business toolbar. I can, however select 'Delete', which I do and the toolbar disappears. However as soon as I quit, the blasted thing reappears!
It's bugging me!

In start>control panel>programs and features - there is no 'remove toolbar'.
the official Microsoft workaround doesn't work around it!
