hi, thanks for replies. I am now able to send e mails again, and receive. I did actually copy the whole message for the post header but it didn't all paste here. I use PlusNet for my e mail and as I said i had not been able to send anything for a couple of days to any e mail address. I googled the message and funnily enough didn't get any exact hits, but the nearest link that came up was for computers on a domain and mentioned something about a server being shut down because of spam so did wonder if that is why my e mails weren't being sent. It's interesting that no one else had the issue. Anyway all well at the moment.
