Has anyone a clue what was in my email to cause Message Labs to block and email I sent to British Gas?
Text read
I realise they are but minor points, but I am finding some of the
discounts applied to the accounts difficult to relate to the available
information on BG's on-line site. Please supply fuller details ex and
cum V.A.T to include type of discount and the figure on which calculated.
Moreover when I entered in to contract with BG my house did not have
cavity wall insulation and the existing loft insulation was to the old
2" standard.
At the start of the quarter before transfer(August 2008) to BG both
cavity wall and loft insulation were installed to latest standard.
Comparing a the last full year with old insulation with a full year
with the new gas used has reduced by 25% and electricity by 4%.
I therefore calculate that for the year August 2008 to August 2009 gas
consumed was 13684Kwh and electricity 3275Kwh. Naturally these figures
will not be the same as yours, because of the need to get true pre and
post insulation upgrade figures.
In view of the foregoing I consider myself justified in "asking" for the
credit balances shown in the November statements to be paid to me and
fresh monthly debits set up based on the usage figures given in the
previous paragraph.
Thanking you for your assistance so far, I would like the matters of
this communication dealt with to _my _satisfaction at an early date.

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Oh yeah, you also quoted the full previous post - the mods don't like that sort of thing.
