Member Centre down?

Just tried to see my VMU page and it never loaded. Tried other Member Centre pages I have bookmarked and can't reach those either.

member centre and now staus pages unaccessible here too

I can't login to the "Members Centre", it just keeps telling me that I have an invalid username/password. 
 
I have tried flushing Firefox's cache and history, but all login attempts fail. 
However I can login via FTP to my Force9 homepage directory using the same username/password combination !

Thanks! The time that message was posted explains why I couldn't find anything about it - just as I was deciding what to write here.

It is rather worrying when your username and password get repeatedly rejected, when there is no explanation !.  At least it a recognised issue now.

I suppose that means the ticketing system is down too?  anyone got a direct URL?
I need to post (another) email related problem (was fixed yesterday, now broke again) 😞

A direct URL wouldn't help as you will still need to go via the member centre login page - which is not working at the mo'
You could start a new thread on the Forum instead
