Mcafee Plusnet Protect Problems

Hi,
Having serious problems with mcafee, when I attempt to load it all I get is a white window. Installed it ten days ago and have tried uninstalling/reinstalling it several times, but still no joy.
Any suggestions?

How have you tried uninstalling Mcafee,
Was you using
Add / Remove programs > Uninstall
Programs & features > Uninstall
Or
Have you tried Mcafee's Own Removal tool
1. Download a fresh copy of your Mcafee product
2. Install Ccleaner to clear out any residue & other stuff that builds up that you do not need
then reboot your pc
Then Run Ccleaner
Re-install Mcafee
