Main Portal will NOT let me login

Something strange going on with the Plusnet Portal today.
First I login in with no problems, then I log out but it keeps thinking I am still logged in (e.g. if I click compare products from the Plusnet home page it goes to the product change and shows me my current product).  It should not do that as I have logged out.
Now it will not let me log in, I have asked for a password reminder and it is the very same password I am trying to use.
So I am locked out.
Does anyone else have this problem?

nope, fine here. have you tried clearing your cookies out and trying again

Will try that now, I don't want to have to delete all so will have to henpeck both types

I've just refreshed the portal component for you and I am able to log in using your details. Let us know if this has enabled you to access the member center now.
