@Fordy1952  Welcome to the forum.

Are you referring to your email service or the newspaper?

Re: Mail online

I have no problem getting the mail online  it's just  when you click to see comments about each article all it says is no connection. Not sure if it's something to do with speed

Re: Mail online

Do you have an ad blocker installed or anti tracking? They will often block comment sections.

Doubtful it's anything related to speed.

Re: Mail online

@Fordy1952  Hmmm... I have no problem accessing the comments.... my line speed is just under 6 Megs.

I run Firefox... and with the settings i have ... I am unable to access "Live Chat".. so i seem to have an ad blocker running... though which it is, I am not sure !.. nor which setting it is...

If I run Internet Explorer with as installed,  or use Opera as installed. then I can access "Live Chat".  So maybe @dvorak  has hit on something there....

Re: Mail online

It can't be the settings  on my tablet because when I use a different internet supplier IE my sons on Virgin and daughter on BT I have no problem also my wife has a different settings on her tablet and she can't get them., only happened a month or so a go.  It must be something plusnet has done
