I have a version of MS Office with Powerpoint on it. I don't use PP and don't intend to. I have a friend who would like to use PP and who has a version of Office that doesn't have PP on it. Is it possible (or legal?!) to transfer this particular element of the software over to another machine? If so, how? Wd be grateful for any views/comments/tips! If it's not possible, where's the best place to buy PP? Thank you.

I think it's very unlikely that you would be able to do this short of your both uninstalling your copies of Office and swapping them
Although, whether or not that would be legal as the licenses will be in your names is another question.
