Hi, i signed up for fibre broadband and phone yesterday and after paying the first bill i was taken to a page saying that i needed a MAC code to complete my order. I'm currently with BT phone and broadband and was under the impression that if you switch both phone and broadband then you don't need a MAC, you only need one to switch broadband only, is that the case or will i need to get the MAC from BT?
