Loss of service

I have had my Broadband phone account up and running with no problems for a couple of weeks now; but since yesterday I have been unable to make any outgoing calls. I am getting the message "the person you are calling is unavailable, please try again" for every number I dial.
What's going on?

Re: Loss of service

sorry to possibly worry you, Are you talking about the landline phone.
If so have you checked on the Members Centre under Phone Calls, then view, then look at the calls remaining and the credit limit, if they are both zero you have run out of credit.
Also check your itemised call that will tell you where your additional costs have gone, go down to the bottom of the block and you can download a CSV file for the month

Broadband phone, no experience of that one, hopefully some one will be along to help you soon

Re: Loss of service

To clarify:-
I am talking about making calls to landline phones from my plusnet broadband phone 120 account, using the Xlite softphone.
I have £4 plus of credit in my account.
