Loss of network access after sleep in Windows 7

How silly is this 
Just checked this morning and I can see the other computer on the network and the router - BUT not my computer
However the XP computer can still see my computer
As long as my computer can see the other one the automatic back will work and also file sharing so I don't care

There was an issue on Vista where 0.0.0.0 got added as a default route under some conditions. There does seem to be some reports of it happening sometimes on 7. Next time you have a problem Jim, can you post the output from an ipconfig/all .
