Re: Loss of network access after sleep in Windows 7

How silly is this  Crazy
Just checked this morning and I can see the other computer on the network and the router - BUT not my computer
However the XP computer can still see my computer
As long as my computer can see the other one the automatic back will work and also file sharing so I don't care  Grin

Re: Loss of network access after sleep in Windows 7

There was an issue on Vista where 0.0.0.0 got added as a default route under some conditions. There does seem to be some reports of it happening sometimes on 7. Next time you have a problem Jim, can you post the output from an ipconfig/all . You may need to send the output to a file and then post the contents as described here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,116416.msg1005752.html#msg1005752

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
