Logging out main site

We have 2 plusnet accounts , currently we are logged in on the main site as acc1. We want to logout and then login as acc2. We can do that in the community forums but not on the main site, please could anyone explain what is not happening for us.

Does the logout option on the top right corner not work

I have access to more than one account, and I have just repeatedly logged in, had a look around, and then done "Logout" between different accounts and it worked as expected for me !
I wonder if your browser is getting confused if perhaps you have the "Remember Password" feature switched on ? - I have my browser set to NEVER remember passwords.
