Linux & Wireless Printers

Hello!
Just a quick one really.. my mother wants me to re-install Ubuntu on her Laptop.  The reason that she moved away was that she bought a wireless printer that wasn't compatible with it (It's a Lexmark).
She's not liking XP to the extent that she's considering buying a new printer so she can move back.
The requirements are that it needs to be decent (she prints photos), have wifi and be compatible with Linux.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks in advance for any answers Smiley

Re: Linux & Wireless Printers

Check out he Linux Printing Database <a href="http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/openprinting">here</a> for a list of compatible printers.
Usually HP printers are the most compatible, as they supply drivers! Canon have started supplying drivers so a check on their website would be in order.
I don't use any wirelessly so can't help other than generally.

I'll go with that!. I have an HP networked printer (PSC2610 I think!) when I changed my desktop to Linux it just worked.
