Linux ARCH Linux question

A contact of mine, in the USA, has posed the question........

"Does anyone have a "workaround" for "no wave device driver" present"

This is in respect of installing and  trying to use the morse program CWCOM, which is run on Linux using WINE. (as it was originally written for Windows 95)...

The program works fine with Linux MINT 18.... so maybe it is something to do with ARCH LInux..

If anyone can help, please do so.

Thank you.

Re: Linux ARCH Linux question

I can't help @shutter even though I have quite a few Arch Linux installs but they're all server based so have no audio system other than the speaker but you may, or equally may not, find this of use.

Re: Linux ARCH Linux question

Fix

@Anonymous  Thankyou for quick reply... I did suggest that he use MINT as a secondary O.S. so maybe, if he can`t get it working on ARCH, with your linky.... ( I did a quick read, but didn`t fully understand it of course ! ! ).. he will go the MINT route.
