Libre Office opens M$ Works Files ??

According to Linux Format this month the latest LOO will handle the previously "bad" M$ Works files. I don't have any to test but poppy & shutter were both works users I seem to remember.

Re: Libre Office opens M$ Works Files ??

The libraries to open MS Works files have been around for a while, but are only implemented as standard in the Ubuntu/Mint builds of Openoffice. Presumably Libre Office have decided to build them in as standard.

I've been able to open msworks .wps and .wks files in openoffice on both Mandriva and Fedora for a number of years (using those distros' normal packages).
