Just signed up - forgot to add person who referred me`

Hello,
I've just signed up to plusnet and I couldn't put in the name of the person who referred me. I put in the username of the referee, but it didn't recognise it. I did try asking my friend, but she has alas retired to bed and didn't answer my call.
Can I do that now I've signed up or has the boat well and truly sailed?  Please say I there's someway of thanking her...

Someone from Plusnet should be able to confirm this,  but IIRC,  both you and the person who referred you need to raise a ticket about the missing referral.
