Just found this out...

We all know that double-clicking on a window's title bar normally opens that window full screen but I just found out, by accident, that if you move the pointer to the top edge of the title bar where the pointer turns into a double-arrow then double-click the window is stretched to fill from the top to the bottom of the screen but it's width remain the same. I find this very useful.

And if you drag the window to the side of the monitor (by that I mean the mouse pointer hits the side of the monitor) it'll fit the window to that HALF of the monitor.
