As James alludes to - to avoid hotspots you need a flow of air from the bottom to the top, and that means a back door I'm afraid, just think of it as a chimney.
If you can't find the correct back door, cant you fabricate it out of thin plywood, or go to a scrap yard and find some sheet aliminium and use that  whichever is your favourite material.
good luck - an interesting project.
An aside. My two careers both help me here, a systems engineer with Marconi/Nokia, for the electronics,
and professional pilot - for the aerodynamics , air flow :-))
But in reality there are specialist engineers who dealt with cooling / ventilation systems, and I had access to them when working at Marconi many years ago now.
We used Schroff racks a lot and they had specialist cooling engineers too. It's more involved than you might think.
have a look here - some excellent colour temperature photos

The problem is not that I don't have the back door, I do, it is tripping me up in my hallway along with the front door and the 2 sides. The problem is that the cabinet is not deep enough for the ups and now the 2 server cases.

The cabinet will sit with a wall a short distance behind it. I suppose I could box it in back to the wall with some plywood to seal the space then I would get my natural airflow. Again, that I will leave for another day.

Re: It was Christmas Today, I got a cabinet!

I was not convinced that the small data cabinet could support the weight of the server cases mounted on only the front rails so I put them in with the four cage nuts I do have. It is a lot more sturdy than I thought. This is not the final position for the servers, pdu and patch panel (not wired yet). The patch panel will be going at the top. Still waiting for more cage nuts and a shelf to put the ups on at the bottom as it is cheaper than the apc rail kit.
You will see that the cabinet is screwed down to blocks of wood across 2 joists. This gives me a large space underneath for cables and air ducting in the future.

Job done, just waiting on 2 blanking plates for the gaps between the servers and the ups. The cooling project will come at a later date.
