For some reason, I am finding that hops to LINX are going through the roof; net effect of this is I ended up being kicked off game servers in the US, and can't log back it due to timeouts. This will sometimes just for a minute or so, sometimes it goes on for 10 minutes. Then clears itself up.
I am making the assumption the issue is at LINX, but it could be PLUSNET as it is the hop from PLUSNET onto LINX that seems to go "belly up".
Example of tracert when problem occures
And an example of what it is normally like ....
Anyone else having this issue, is there something I can do to avoid this route out, or am I just left in the hands of the Internet "gods" on this one?

Well today, the routing has changed, looks like two hops removed before connecting to LINX .... will see if it improves stability.....
