Is this normal ?

Ive been away from home for 1 week, so basicly no one has been using my internet... my pc is shut down and the only thing running is my router.
ive checked my account this morning ( away from home ) and found that for each day ive been away my uasage meter shows 208.49KB  and around that, also shows midnight usage.
Is this just with the router being on ?
Seams alot to me for just a router running?
any ideas?

That level of usage is entirely normal for background traffic with a router left on, nothing to worry about.
