Ipod sync problem

Hi,i have had to get a new tower due to my old one failing big time and when i try to sync my ipod to it its telling me it cant because its already been sync to my old tower and if i wanted to carry on my music would be wiped from my ipod,now this is problem as my new tower hasnt any music on it and the music i really want is on the ipod so wondered if it was possible to get the music off my ipod to transfer to my new tower.

Cheers will try but noticed it might not support ipod touch.
