My P.C. will not log on to the internet (plusnet Wi-Fi Network) automatically on start up.
I have to go into Network connections and choose plusnet, then choose, change settings for this connection.
and click the Use windows to configure my network connection, every time I Start up or go in to stand by,
Please HELP.

Welcome to the forum...  Smiley

click on the WIFI icon , bottom right corner ....Right click on your connection ( assume it is now connected)... then click on "Properties".... then click on the "connection" tab.... then make sure you have  a tick in the box next to " connect automatically when this is in range".....
should connect automatically on next boot up....

Hi
It sounds like you have a conflict between the Dell wireless utility and Windows.
This may be useful is disabling the Dell version
