I think it was Bob that recently posted about an alternative to NetMeter: http://www.softperfect.com/products/networx/
It is far better and one of it's features is that it will aggregate all the information from multiple PCs on your LAN. What's brilliant is that they sync the data when they are connected, so yesterday my PC was not on at all and my wife used her PC. When we next both have our PC's on the data is synced so I will see her usage from yesterday. When viewing the usage you can see either the total or the usage per user. If you have multiple logins on a single PC you can also see the usage per user.
