If anyone out there is as cheesed off as me, regards the lack of a useful display driver for Windows 7, with the Intel 852/855 chipset, then try the website I managed to find after hours of searching. Whilst Windows 7 appears to work pretty well on older hardware, there is absolutely no Intel support for this older chipset for Win7. Google searchs show lots of users frustrated with this, as the Windows VGA driver, is not much cop. It does allow a resonable resolution, but Hardware acceleration is poor, and not alot with regards video will run well. I tried the following with not much expectation, and I was about to revert back to XP, but to my utter amazement it worked..... I hope this is of some help to any others with the same issues.
