This is a follow up to my post on Linux security where I was asking about installing Mint 17 on a system that already had windows 7 and mint 16.
I took the easy option and simply installed it along with the others and everything works fine but the last line in the menu is a bit of a puzzle,
The following is not the full menu,
Grub version 2.02
Linux mint 17 cinnamon. /dev/sda5
Memory test
Windows 7
Linux mint 16 Petra dev/SDS/5
Advanced options for Linux mint Petra 16 on dev/sdb5
Selecting the last line simply takes me to the next screen which has the two lines the second one being the recovery mode
Ie. Linux mint cinnamon 16 bit
Wil have a look at the partitions when I get time to see how they are devided up

It is an option to allow you to add to the startup, for debuging or adding a test variable. Just ignore it.
