InstallShield Update annoying me

Hi!
I am thinking and trying remove and re-install Installshield update manager now as I'm fed up with it telling me, Error #5 - it cannot check for updates as i'm not connected to internet when clearly I am!
I am totally annoyed as i'm trying to do research on web for my uni course, when error message keeps popping up. Their instructions too are XP based and cannot be executed step by step in vista!
However I cannot find the program in my list of install problems.
I'm not even sure what the program is for so enlightening and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Been away a while from sorting out my pc. Belated thanks pierre. Have fixed error.
Still not sure what programme is but hey! that's what makes life interesting!
