Anyone know how?
I generally prefer Indigoperl over Activeperl as Indigo gives you a preconfigured Apache install, but sadly the GD package appears to be missing. I've read that it can be installed from source if you have MS devstudio, I don't. I see odd hints that someone may have done it and there may be a binary package.

Just a quick update to say that after advice from Indigostar I've downloaded MS Visual C++ Express and built GD.pm but it doesn't run and I suspect its not finding the GD library.
I've a horrible suspicion I may have to build GD from source too.
