Can anyone help. I have just bought an ipod Touch and tried to connect wirelessly to Plusnet.
I entered the security code from the underside of the Thomson router and there is now a 'tick' against the plusnet name on the network screen which I assume means that it is connected. Unfortunately that is as far as it goes. Safari cannot connect, iTunes does not connect etc.
I must be making a stupid mistake but can't work out what it is.
I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks, Dave

What security features have you got set up on your router? If your router is limiting access to certain MAC addresses then you will need to add your iPod Touch MAC address to your router. This can be found on your iPod under Settings > General > About > Wi-Fi Address.

As @anonymous just said, this appears to be something to do with your router not allowing your iPod Touch access. Best thing is to check your router settings.
