ISP comparison site?

I'm tryinmg to sell the benefits of PlusNet to a friend of mine - but I want him to check out a particular ISP reviewing site I used to use back in the day before PlusNet  :).
This site is always busy with comments from techies at PlusNet and other ISPs, and always seemed to give a fair comparison. It also had a speedtest.
...now what was that URL? 
Ideas anyone?

YES! That's it - I was trying to think of ADSLGuide and got nowhere.

You may also want to take a look at ISP Review.

You could also try www.kitz.co.uk which is a great site for anything internet.
In particular there is an ISP Ratings section at www.kitz.co.uk/isp/ISP_ratings.php
