I decided to post this to see if anyone else is experiencing issues with their router or it is only mine .
The issue is that the connection to my camera keeps dropping either if it is on wifi or via cat5. I have a static IP to remotely view it and have forwarded the port via the the router's settings.
This port sometimes appears open and sometimes closed. In the connected devices whenever I press refresh the results are never consistent. Sometimes it shows all my Wireless devices connected - sometimes not. This also occurs with the ethernet connected device.
With my mobile and firetv ,even though they dont appear sometimes on the list , the connection seems stable but with my IP cam it doesnt.
Has anyone experienced anything similar ? The router is the new one plusnet sagemcom 2704n
Any firmware upgrade I can do?
