I wonder if the neighbours have started downloading lots of stuff?

I can't help feeling that my neighbours have started streaming. The graph of the speeds I can obtain looks like a stock market crash.
I would go and ask them but they all live too far away. I should really phone the fire brigade and warn them that the telephone exchange is liable to meltdown in the near future.

According to that, the local exchange is unmanned on Thursdays and Sundays. Saturdays are covered by a skeleton service due to Mrs McGlashin's recent crash diet.

As it's a speed test, it does point to more being Exchange contention unfortunately.

Been there, done it    and then I found  :q  -  I tend to use WinSCP nowadays though.
