Is it possible to access the router via internet remotely to restart ?
I need to access and view settings while away from home.

Whilst I believe that it's possible for Plusnet to restart it remotely using the TR069 feature, it is not possible.for customers to access or reset it remotely.

If you had an always-on local device, you could access this over the internet and this could access the router for you.
It would not be necessary for the device to have a screen or keyboard to do this.

Further to what others have said above, in the past I've seen replies to questions such as yours suggesting using one of those plug-in 24hr timers to switch the AC power to the router off/on at a set time every day.

The Hub one does not allow admin logins from the internet - only local logins are allowed. Other routers can be set to allow this.
You would also need either a static address or a free dynamic IP address service to keep track of your non-fixed router address.
